We believe that the heart of therapy is a human connection—built on mutual respect, empathy, presence, and trust. A place of safety and healing. A relationship free from judgment, criticism, and pretending.
Our role is to create space for you to be yourself—to express and explore whatever you like, however you want. We value your unique background and experience. Only by acknowledging your unique world, with its diversity and heritage, can a therapist truly understand your experience.
We promise to be alongside you. Without assessment. Without measurement. Without judgment. We promise to be real with you. And we invite you to do the same. We will not rush you or push you. Instead we will reassure, accompany, and guide you—however you need, for as long as you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes your practice different?
Our practice in downtown Toronto emphasizes an individualized, multicultural approach to therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. We understand our clients’ diverse backgrounds and tailor our services to respect and integrate their cultural heritage and experiences. This approach ensures that your therapy is relevant and meaningful to your personal and cultural context, allowing for a more authentic and effective therapeutic journey.
What is “individualized” therapy?
Individualized therapy means our approach is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, we integrate various therapeutic techniques and styles to create a personalized plan that recognizes your unique personal experiences. This ensures that your therapy is as effective and relevant as possible, addressing your specific challenges and helping you achieve meaningful growth and change.
What is “multicultural” therapy?
Multicultural therapy considers an individual’s unique cultural context related to their behaviour, well-being, and views. In an increasingly diverse world, we must focus on understanding and respecting our differences. Different beliefs, practices, behaviours, and expectations are part of our lives. By focusing on you, the person—a unique individual with diverse experiences—we create space to explore your life and discover who you are.
What are your rates?
Individual therapy sessions are priced at $200 per hour, while relationship therapy (couples and family) is $225 per hour. We also offer a reduced rate of $75 per hour for students and clients experiencing financial hardship. Our therapist interns also offer reduced rates on a sliding scale.
Where is your practice located?
Our practice is based in downtown Toronto, at 111 Queen Street E, South Building, Suite 450. A short walk from Queens station and multiple transit options from Union station, providing convenient access for clients from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
